I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all the hard work you put in assisting me in the recent renewal of my mortgage(s). I know I didn’t make your job exactly easy what with having the two mortgages to blend and wanting, at the same time, to roll in my existing Line of Credit and outstanding credit card debt – not to mention my reluctance to toe the line on some of the required “administrivia”.
 

You efforts on my behalf went WELL beyond the call of duty and far exceeded the parallel service I was asking of my Bank (with whom I had dealt for the preceding 25 years). I had to ask myself as I neared the date where I was going to have to make a decision to either stick with the Bank or go with the package you had put together for me: “How come this guy - whom I’ve only recently met, dealing with lending institutions with whom I’ve NEVER done business - has been able to come up with a proposal where I pay less per month for my mortgage payment and have ALL my debt rolled into one neat package and my Bank comes up with less?”.
 

The answer to the question was actually pretty easy to come up with. You, Philippe, wanted my business and worked hard to get it. You communicated with me every step of the way and, when I threw up roadblocks, you negotiated harder on my behalf with the lenders you do business with. My Bank, quite simply, was complacent and lazy and they lost a good customer.
 

Thank you, Philippe Daigle, for all your hard work. It was truly a pleasure doing business with you. Your integrity, forthright and humorous approach to your work and your exceptional service will take you far. I appreciate the job you do.
